My credit card is being held hostage by Enterprise Rent a car. I signed a waiver stating I was not responsible for the car. I then get a call about that so called "waiver." My mobile rings.... Me: Hello? Enterprise Rep: Hello, could I speak to Ricardo please? Me: Speaking. Enterprise Rep: This is Enterprise Rent a Car calling. Is everything OK with the car? Me: It is, yes. Thanks.
