I find boobs and all the names we have for breasts amusing. The number of names we have for something usually indicates our interest or the importance we place on it.

I like what I have, which ain't much but I can understand women's desire for physical perfection. I knew one woman who got an upgrade. Looked good, balanced her out. She was happy.

I see that men aren't immune to surgery, either. I read that men get chest and I think even ab implants these days!

A good bra can also give stupendous cleavage. Not all of us want implants and their risks. I've heard enough horror stories to keep me from ever desiring a pair of my own.

I look forward to your next update as I'm sure you'll attract some serious loonies who will hunt you down for some of your filthy lucre.

I'm also surprised Dr. Rey from Doctor 90210 doesn't offer free implants. He creeps me out whenever he compliments a patient as it seems very inappropriate.
