I've fallen Terribly Ill, Ladies and Gentleman.

I have been battling a lingering cold that began last week and has now given me laryngitis. I believe it was all of the traveling to and from New York and not getting enough sleep. While I am sure there are many who are gleeful that I am without voice, I certainly was not while on set yesterday as this situation arose.

Pretty Actress: Hey is that me on your ID card?

Me: (looking down at my faux Hospital ID card and nodding yes, and wondering how strange that was)

Pretty Actress: Wow, I didn't know I got turned into a cute guy.

Another actress joined in on the conversation, seemingly in agreement.

Me: Accccckhhh, arrrgh! Urrrrgggggg. (then the sound of mucus gurgling and nasal passage congestion)

I then walked away smiling and feeling just a little bit better about myself.

Today I am in bed getting much needed rest, wondering what could have been, had I been able to properly speak.
